The Mechanic Breakdown Policy
The Mechanic breakdown Policy offers two classes of cover for your used vehicle: Pinnacle Cover and Classic Cover. Each class has different levels of cover determined by the model, age and mileage of the vehicle. Qualifying vehicles under the mechanic breakdown insurance policy include Standard vehicles, Turbo/Diesel vehicles, European vehicles and Luxury Vehicles.
The Mechanical Breakdown Insurance Policy covers your vehicle for reasonable costs of repair or replacement. Components include the engine, the steering, air-conditioning, breaks, air-conditioning and auto transmission. It also includes electronics, the cooling system and the driveline/suspension. This insurance policy coupled with the option for NZ Roadside Assistance means that help is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week , 365 days a year, giving you and your loved ones complete confidence.
