Our MotorCo Team are fun and friendly of people that love what we do.
We like to think we’re a little different from your normal Auckland car dealership. Whether you’re buying or just looking for some advice on your next car — we pride ourselves on offering you a better all-round experience.

I've recently purchased my VW GOLF, 2013 at MOTORCO Penrose. We were helped by Eric and Simi, they gave us options to get the car and answered all our questions.Simi really made all the paperwork easy and at no moment the sale felt pushy or uncomfortable.We crashed a good deal so thank you very much for that!

I can’t thank Motorco Penrose enough for the excellent service I received and the bonus benefits. It certainly was a great start to my 2022 and Simi was such a pleasure and a bonus to deal with. I have recently purchase a car from Penrose branch, one of the staff member Sharad who has assisted me through the process was very helpful, i don't know much about the cars but he has guided me to find the best car within the price range i wanted, very good customer service even after the purchase he has made sure that everything goes well with the car which was great. If you planning on buying a car i would recommend please go to Sharad In Penrose branch for the excellent customer service and good value of your money... great work Sharad.

Highly recommend MotorCo in Penrose!I was attended by Eric which didn't push to buy in any way but always there to help.I then decided to purchase the car after doing a pre inspection in which stated the car was fine and there were some little things to fix in which Eric gladly fixed everything. After bringing my new car home, I felt some other issues in the car, I texted Eric and he replied me very quickly in all my queries and I brought the car to mechanic which fixed the issue.The post sales support is top notch, everything was really comfortable and smooth to deal with.Very happy with my new car now!Thank you Eric and the team 🙂

Great car company to deal with...probably the best to be honest. Daniel from the Penrose branch is an asset to your company and answered my text and calls on a Friday evening well after the work day and helped me over the phone and arranged my new vehicle to be picked up on Saturday as I live out of Auckland. Daniel even made sure the vehicle was well presented and just what I had hoped. Also big thanks to Ross and the Team at the Manukau branch for their time, and great service A++. My Daughter and Son in law bought a new car (BMW) yesterday. As a parent supporting them on their first major purchase of a vehicle. The concerns that goes through your mind is hopping they are not ripped off or conned into buying something with issues. I had the pleasure of purchasing my new car from mark at the east tamaki branch, Mark and his team went above and beyond to ensure I got the exact car I wanted and love, I didn't even pay attention to the internal detailing of the car but Mark made me aware of the slight tear in the drivers seat and let me know to take it back and they will fix it up which is currently being done and also has given me a courtesy car to use while this is being done, I am fully impressed with their services that they have provided me and also at such short notice, I highly recommend motorco, oh and if you catch them at morning tea they also offer a couple of treats 🤭 many thanks to Mark and team once again

Motor co have a vast range of lovely cars that are fairly priced . Although I haven’t purchased from Motor Co (yet) I wanted to write this review as the service I’ve received from Motor Co East Tamaki was outstanding , such wonderful people . Mark and Leo are absolutely top guys and I appreciated their help kindness and understanding . I will always keep Motor co at the top of my mind for purchasing vehicles and I would certainly recommend them to anyone .

We recently bought a 2009 BMW 335i, and the process was fast and easy. We gave them the call 2 hours before arrival and Eric collected the car and made it ready for us. He also gave us a real understanding and made the test drive, fast and easy. Simi was real fast with finance and gave us the best options possible. I highly recommend this place.

Very Good outstanding service, the best service we have received from Simi Kaur. She is very helpful and genuine person. My son bought a BMW from Motorco Penrose. Simi got finance approved in same day and kept us informed throughout the process. We had to pick up the car on Saturday and my son applied finance late Friday. He was little concerned, finance will not got through in such a sort time. Simi got everything sorted on Friday and informed us at 10pm in night and we were amazed how she went out her way to make sure my son can pick up his car on Saturday. Top Notch Service, friendly Staff and amazing team bro. Everyone was super friendly and easy to talk to. My brother done finance for his Subaru and we were very happy and impressed from finance lady SIMI KAUR who got everything done super fast. Excellent customer service. Very good team support. Highly recommend MotorCo to buy a car with the best deal.I have been here for purchasing a Mazda Axela. Simi the finance manager really helped to get the best finance rate for me with the minimum deposit amount . Unfortunately due to some personal reasons i couldn't move with the deal and they were really supportive with that. I would really consider and love to do business with MotorCo soon. Really recommend this place for anyone who want a a good car in best finance options which they provide.

Where do I begin with a 5 star review? Throughout the course of about 2-3 weeks of throwing emails back and forth to Simi it came to a point where I gave up in hopes of placing a vehicle under Finance. However, she still offered assistance and went above and beyond to get me the vehicle I now have. I am very grateful for her customer service to me throughout this period and am very thankful for the opportunity to deal with a very pleasant woman who knows how customers should be treated.I also had the pleasure of dealing with Eric who I found was very respectful in the way he approached me and how he talks to any of his customers. He gladly took me for a look around the vehicle I wanted and made me feel right at home whilst looking around. His communication was also spot on in explaining what the current stage my vehicle is at. We bought a Mazda Axela from MotorCo last year. We have had no issue with the car. I wanted to buy another car for myself and we went straight to the MotorCo. Nice cars were again available there, as expected. We received a good customer service as last time. This time I had a great experience with their financial team.
